Mr Moon (owner) quoted me a 2000 WiFi install. We put down 1000 deposit. Tech came, and within one hour we determined that the project was not feasible as quoted. We called Mr Moon on-the-spot to notify that we needed to cancel the project. He said ‘no worries, we will just charge time/materials and refund you the difference from your deposit’. Since then, I have not received refund. I have called and emailed Mr Moon multiple times. I have spoken to him and an employee of his, and it is clear that they are intentionally avoiding the refund (“we will look into it and get back to you”... 5 times in a row). What a shame because they previously installed three TVs at our house and did a great job. I hate to leave a 1 star review on a small business, but this company is shady :-(

We hired Terrance and his team because they seemed to know their stuff and pay close attention to detail. We were pleased they they delivered exactly what they promised. Their system helped us catch the nanny mishandling our child. We will gladly use them again.

Let me preface by saying that I hate to write negative reviews towards small businesses. However, as a matter of principle I had to post this. This company is extremely dishonest, unprofessional, and deceptive. I advise all to steer well clear of. I was quoted for a security camera installation system, and put down a deposit just shy of 500. Upon arrival of technician, the price quote increased by upwards of 1,500 from agreed upon quote. I was very specific as to the job that would be required. This is not the issue. This is understandable after tech assessed the scope of work in person. The inexcusable part is that after deciding to cancel the project, I was told the deposit refund would take 7-10 days to process. 28 days and six phone calls later without a response, I am still seeking my refund. Moon, who schedules appointments and creates price quotes is disingenuous, and a very shady character - that comes from the mouths of current and former employees - not me. Avoid at all costs, you'll be extremely pleased that you did.

Best customer service ever! Got a package deal with speaker and TV installation. They where super fast and customer service was excellent and their work was amazing. I spoke with Mr. Moon and he was very knowledgeable with what he sold me. He quoted me a price and that's what I ended up paying and no surprises. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
