Interim Healthcare truly impressed me with their caring and responsiveness! Recently, we were both called-in on very short notice to help a bedridden elder woman who was discharging home from a nursing facility – Interim for her in home medical care, and BrightStar for her non-medical home care assistance. She needed a lot, and she needed it fast. John immediately reached out to me to coordinate efforts, and I was blown away by how much he truly cared, how responsive he was, and how just plain nice he was to work with. He made so many things happen for that woman. He even called in a favor from a medical equipment company, and got a hospital bed delivered to her house within hours. Amazing! That was more responsive than just about any other healthcare company I’ve seen.

I wish I could give no stars. The woman who I spoke with on the phone claimed that she called a \bunch of times\. I received 2 calls yesterday after receiving an appointment on Friday. I asked to be called after 12pm. I am supposed to be receiving help because I am losing my memory at an exponential rate. Ok so, I called them back today after looking through my phone. I missed 1 (ONE!) Call. She says I am not complient. I will be calling my lawyer next.Thanks for listening to my rant.
