Hey there, I just wanted to say that the first time I went to this place I had great customer service last time, but I went again today (friday) around 1-2pm with a friend and another man attended my need. He was an older gentleman and I was looking for heat transfer vinyl paper for t-shirts, but in a very unprofessional way the man acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and corrected me later saying it was “thermoflex plus” and that “now I know” and honestly everything else went smoothly. I just thought it was pretty immature from an employee to do something like that, instead of politely telling me the actual name of the product. Just throwing it out there, next time, try to be more polite to your customers, I was recommending this place to a friend, but there are also other means to get heat transfer paper if they’re just going to treat people that way.
