I've only had a consultation so far and I can't say enough good things about my experience. All the staff is extremely helpful and super nice. They answer any questions and make you feel comfortable about the process. Jeri was especially helpful and super nice during my consult. My consult went so good I booked a procedure. Can't wait to see again!!! Thank you NVISION!!

Called to set up a consultation, and spoke with Gloria. I asked about pricing because I had gotten a solid quote from another competitor in the area; they told me that the standard pricing was 1900/eye before discounts, and that sounded great because I had been quoted about 80/eye more from the other place after the discounts. Then, in my remote consultation with Jeri which had originally been scheduled for 3:00 but had to be pushed back last minute to 3:20 because they were running behind (which really messed with my lunch break), they mentioned that NVISION had a newer laser than what the competitor used and that they offered \iris registration\ while the competitor did not. A quick phone call to the competitor confirmed that they used the same generation of laser and that they offered iris registration. NVISION also quoted me 2845 per eye before discounts and 2345 per eye after discounts instead of the 1900 pricing given over the phone. I can't trust a place that's willing to lie to get me in the door, then lie to try and get me to choose them while badmouthing their competitors; there's no way I'm going to trust them with my eyes. The competing office did nothing but encourage me to check out the competition and let them know what I decide. The only reason this isn't one star is because I felt that the remote consultation was really helpful and a great idea that deserved an extra star, even though they were late for that too; I'm just lucky my job is flexible about lunch times, otherwise it would have defeated the purpose.
