Erik was a fun instructor! Had a lot of fun. Really thorough teacher as he taught us what we needed to know and hit the waves shortly. Made sure we were comfortable and safe with our wetsuits and helped us catch some good waves to surf. Felt safe and overall great teacher to start surfing for the first time if you’ve never done it!

Eric was awesome. He was super sweet and so helpful, I definitely recommend him to anyone. he made me feel super comfortable and safe. He was really helpful about telling me what i need to work on and stuff and because of that i was able to ride a lot of waves :)

07.14.2020 The ease of booking a lesson online was awesome! Response time was quick and communication from the surf school was amazing. Due to COVID-19 guidelines they had to change our lesson location. At first we were a little hesitant but the PB location is AMAZING!!! Perfect for the beginner surfer! Andre was a great instructor for our daughter! She took a surf lesson a couple years ago but he was great at communicating with her and helped her refine her skills. She caught some great waves today! Thanks Andre!

This morning I woke up with a wild hair and decided to try out surfing for the very first time. Without any expectation of succeeding, I decided to head to Pacific Surf School on the recommendation of a stranger I passed near the beach who seemed to know a thing or two about the sport. I showed up unannounced when their doors opened and they eagerly accommodated a private lesson for me with Nick. Safe to say I am now hooked! Nick was a phenomenal, patient instructor with an obvious passion for the sport. He began with the fundamentals and advanced the curriculum as quickly as my skill-set would allow. Nick explained the technical aspects of the sport as clearly as one could expect from an X-Games level surf coach and had concise answers to each and every question I posed. If you are looking for a fun environment in which to learn the sport as quickly as your own limits allow, I advise you to look no further.

Toco was an awesome instructor! We got up on our first try and had an amazing time!! I would recommend this surf school to anyone looking to get started surfing... ps buy the photo package ahead of time it’s sooo worth every penny!!!
