Do not book an appointment online. Call the location you are going to visit and schedule directly through their office. The online system has some flaws that need worked out so best to avoid it altogether. The staff at this facility that I interacted with both of my visits were exceptional. Attentive and compassionate and knowledgeable. The nurse assisting me was thourough and professional but also kind and the doctor that entered was the same. I recommend this facility for your healthcare needs and will always be filling my birth control here. Thank you for your attentive care!

They are so rude they literally hung up on me didn’t let me reschedule knowing that it takes now and days really long to get through to be answer I just have to say I’ve been at other locations and they treat me so much better no matter my situation they have no patience !!!!!

Customer service here is bad, they reschedule your appointment with you sitting in the office coming in before time scheduled. They want to give you excuses as to why this happens when it has never happened at any PPH before. Once the text message was received I called the number on it asking as to why this happened the call center was unable to tell me why this happened. I was going to let it go except for the part where other patients coming in way after were getting called in before. Ridiculous! After the whole reschedule situation they called me in the back of the office wanted a pee sample and made me wait for over 10 minutes to just realize that it was locked and no one was in there... I've been to planned parenthood and today was the worst experience I've had everyone is always really friendly knowledgeable respectful courteous, not here. EXCEPT at the end of my visit BELINDA GARCIA was exceptional if it wasn't for her thie review would be 1 star but she deserves 15!!!!

Front office staff was immediately rude , This is my first visit here and she doesn't ask for things she demads it , horrible people skills college office its 11/13 at 12:30 very ghetto .She looks so angry .
