Great staff. I've never had a bad experience at planned parenthood and this location was no exception. Yeah, you have to wait, but it's often not all that long and its understandable. They do everything they can to give everybody the time they need to address concerns, they aren't in the back wasting time. The medical assistant and provider were very helpful and took care of me. The guy working at the front desk was also really kind and amicable. Don't forget to donate whatever you can if you are getting family pact. Planned parenthood is essential to my health and the health of generations to come.

They need to get trustworthy front desk people, the lady did not seem like it. I did not feel comfortable at all and felt like she was lying to me the whole time. Also didnt help me with what I needed. She has a bit of an attitude, just the way she looked and sounded she is not happy to work there.

Spent 2 freaking hours here just to pick up medicine. Just medicine.

My appointment was today, at 9:40 am I was in a bed clothes less for about an hour and 20 minutes, the MA was very nice and polite. No complaints there. I do understand that they only had one practitioner, how ever what I don't understand is why schedule so many patients when there's not enough help, after waiting for so long I decided to put my clothes on and take off, I did notice other patients doing the same. It was unbelievable. Very disappointed.
