Pods did a great job delivering a 7' container on time and to some tricky parking spots. My belongings all stayed safe during transit, and the prices were competitive. The ability to put belongings in storage in between loading and unloading was very helpful while buying a house.

I used PODS to move across San Diego county, from Pacfic Beach to Julian, and I had an excellent experience. They dropped the POD off and picked it up after loading. Since I wasn't ready for delivery they stored it for approximately 30 days, then delivered. Pickup of the POD was free because it was stored, and the amount of time a POD can be stored for free pickup can be as little as one day. The drivers were very professional and experienced which made everything as easy as it can be. I would use them again if needed.

We researched many moving companies and priced out cross country truck rental options. POD pricing was clear and competitive to big truck hauling companies but the difference was reviews. I read so many horrible reviews of truck hauling co's that it was a no brainer. And POD didn't disappoint. From the day they delivered to the day they picked up the empty container, they stayed true to their timeline, billing structure and provide excellent service when I called. They helped us open the door when it arrived with our belongings because things had shifted. I would definitely use them again!

Pod had numerous large marks on exterior from damage not present when received. Interior belonging were absolutely filthy dirty as if dirt was intentionally blown into the container on a dirt construction site. Even all the wrapped items were were trashed, numerous serious unbelievable damages. We will NEVER use PODS again after buying and packing with 16 tie down straps inside the container and every item covered with wrap, blankets, bubble wrap, securely boxed. Total waste of money, PODS destroyed many of the contents... PODS does NOT provide the service ordered. Hands down the absolute most dishonest sales that sold what was 100% not executed by operations in both San Diego & Florida, literally everyone should be fired! Website archaic which NOTHING can be done or revised in, a nightmare to call EVERY TIME PODS screws up which was more than a dozen times. Driver doing 1st initial drop that was NOT completed in San Diego was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, never again! Driver dropping container in Florida refusing to turn container to drop at front door and alternately dropped a few hundred feet away, should NOT have a job! Contacted PODS a million times for help with ZERO to little response from Daniel Aizpurura & Nicole Morgan who can not bother to reply to numerous emails for assistance. WORST COMPANY & EMPLOYEES EVER!!!

This was my second time using PODS; my family used them about a year ago to get my moms things moved across country. Both experiences were wonderful, especially after having tried the other options...well known moving van lines! No worries as to whether or not items would get broken or whether we'd end up with someone else's items, since we packed it ourselves! Was more economical as well. I'd recommend PODS for sure!
