We used Ranch Events for our wedding 8 YEARS AGO! The food and service was amazing then, and remains to this day. I heard on the radio that Ranch Events was offering meals for families of 4-6 for a VERY REASONABLE price. I bit the bullet and had my first meal last Thursday (BBQ Ribs). Not only was the meal reasonably priced for a family of 4-6, but it was enough for TWO DAYS. My husband can't stop raving about it. In fact, he'll ask me to check the website to find out the upcoming menus. We've taken meals out since. It is great since they post their menus in advance and we can pick and choose to our hearts delight. You can even throw in a dessert if you wish for a nominal additional 5.00. I am looking forward to picking up our next meal tomorrow. What a service Ranch Events is doing for the community of San Diego, especially now in light of the pandemic. It is incredibly generous. Dine local! Thank you, Ranch!

I've eaten this food several times. Most recent, a Veteran's event - food was slow, cold, and greasy. The 'iced tea' tasted like powered mix in tap water. Expensive price for low quality food. Kitchen is filthy. Fully Hispanic staff. They no longer have a liquor license. I really wonder how such a service is placed is such prestigious locations.

My wife (25) and I (28) held our wedding reception with Ranch Events. We began planning the wedding with our Event Coordinator, Bernardo Valdez. From beginning to finish Bernardo was nothing short of professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working all while maintaining a sense of tranquility and approach ability. When the COVID pandemic began in March of 2020, my wife and I began to have some doubt. Bernardo was there to maintain constant communication and understanding through our times of questions and doubts. As businesses began to temporarily shut down, even the company's General Manager, Sid, reached out with personal communication and worked with us up until the date of our wedding to maintain open options. From my experience, times of tribulations really show a person's true character, and in this situation the character of an entire company. Bernardo and Sid both worked tirelessly, in uncharted waters, we were not alone during the preparation of the celebration of one of most important milestones of our lives, our wedding day. Ranch Events was able to help us accomplish a spectacular celebration within guidelines. My wife and I along with our family had a fun, safe, amazing celebration. If you are looking for a beautiful, professional, and reasonably priced wedding venue you are in great hands with Bernardo, Sid and Ranch Events. Thank you Ranch Events for everything. Our wedding was July 2019. From beginning to end, I can only say great things about Ranch Events. Bernardo and his team were excellent. How it all started: My (then fiancé) now wife and I were walking through the Marina Village area viewing potential wedding venues. A docile gentleman (Bernardo) approached us and asked if we needed any help. We told him we were looking around for a wedding venue. Bernardo smiled and said, \Follow me into my office and I'll show you what we can offer.\ We had no idea Ranch Events was a company that provided EVERYTHING for a wedding. The venue by the water, the tables, the chairs, the decorations, the food, the cake, the flowers. We were happily surprised with the information Bernardo gave us. He was honest, very nice, bi-lingual, and never pushy. He asked us what we imagined our wedding to look like and he gave us options/ideas. After completing our due diligence and investigating other locations for our wedding location, by a long shot we chose to have our wedding with Ranch Events in the Marina Village area. They were courteous, helpful and answered all of our concerns. We toured the venue, had delicious food tastings, cake tastings (amazing cake BTW), and countless meetings with Bernardo to confirm every last detail. He kept in constant contact with my wife and I via email, text, and phone. The preparation of Bernardo and his team was outstanding. Come our wedding day, Bernardo was at our wedding the ENTIRE night. He was there personally to make sure everything went just as we'd planned. He was working tirelessly to make sure my wife and I were happy. Our wedding was perfect. Bernardo and his team of servers, cooks, designers, finance, florists, etc. were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so professional and adapted to our needs. Thank you so much Ranch Events, especially Bernardo! You can't go wrong sitting down with Bernardo and discussing how to make the wedding of your dreams come true.

This place takes the (wedding) cake! They work well with Marina Village and are right on-site so it makes planning much easier. Bernardo helped us with a wedding where we had about 75 guests and from beginning to end, Bernardo and the whole Ranch staff were helpful, friendly, not pushy--never tried to manipulate us in to overspending-, and the tastings are simply awesome! They made a great day magical.
