The Truth

-Get there early. -first shuttle doesnt run until about 530 am from what i was told. -8 minute drive to the airport but they don't have many shuttles running either. -Front staff is never nice. -Tight spaces to park in and you may have to walk across the street from another parking lot once you park. So I recommend letting someone sit with your bags where the bus picks you up from the office while you park and you can walk to the office/pick up spot bag free. -Take pics of your vehicle if they need the info at the front desk. You pay when you get back. -Nice shuttle drivers also.

DON'T FALL FOR THE PRICE, IT'S NOT WORTH THE CAR DAMAGE. If you want to find your car destroyed while using the so called professional services of VALET PARKING then watch the blank stares of the staff and management when questioned as to how the damage occurred and furthermore, watch them all scatter like cockcoaches when asking to speak to someone in authority, this is definitely the parking facility you need to use. The claim was supposed to be processed within 5-7 business days and it's been 1.5 months. The manager has been avoiding phone calls. How upstanding.

NOT following Covid recommendations for business practices If you care about covid safety rules, stay far away from this place. They only have one driver working and there is NOT a policy the drivers follow regarding how full the shuttle vans can be. I know this as I spoke to the manager after my negative experience. Our driver was going to overfill our van by 1 seat and when I spoke to him about Covid issues he was rude to my wife and said \they're coming in this van\ regarding the people outside. My wife and I had the common sense to get out and took a 20 taxi back to the lot. Additionally, when I called the manager to better understand their Covid policy (I was hoping they had one and the driver was doing his own thing), he could care less about my concerns and stated \ what can I do to make this problem go away\. My suggestion to the manager was to not fill the vans which fell on deaf ears. I can see by their poor reviews already, it's a miracle they are still in business

Called from airport for pick up said the shuttle just left and would be about 25-30 minutes. I said the shuttle as in 1 shuttle the lady said yeah but I’ll have him get to you fast- I have seen 5 Aladdin shuttles- 3 Wally shuttles.- Finally it arrives- So it took just under 30 minutes for a pick up. I travel for work and have used this lot for years. Over the last several years things have gotten Driver and office staff no masks I usually don’t write reviews- everybody has bad days but this is strike 2

Parked there for four nights - valet parking - and came back home last night to see my car all scratched up on one side. I would not park there ever again. It’s not worth the savings.
