The front end customer service ( owner included!) was charged with excitement and a very welcoming vibe! The hospitality was incredible; the initial paperwork walk-through was clear and simple all the way to the onboarding of our jet skis and return! They also take free pictures!! Despite it being a business transaction at the end of the day their personalities and professionalism was personal and made an impression. And how you treat people determines how valuable and attractive your services are. I recommend taking your date, friends /fam, business constituents here!

This place is amazing!!! The staff their are incredible!! I came their with 5 of my military friends and we had a blast for 2 hours on the jet ski's. There are incredible sites to visit during your ride that are breathtaking. I will definitely be coming back to this place every month!! Jet ski's are new and very fast! I recommend this place to anyone who is ready for fun and adventure! Thank you San Diego Bay Adventures for the great time!!

Making a reservation over the phone was easy and quick. Rented two jet skis for a great price. Staff was super friendly! Watched a quick video and received a quick verbal demo before heading out on the water. My brother, sister, and I had so much fun! Thinking about returning in a couple of days for another ride.
