This Business should shut down immediately! They are allowing inexperienced riders to go out into mission bay and put my life in danger. I own my watercraft and I understand how to operate safely. As I was in the water and my spotter was waving the flag and yelling for someone on an H20 rental to stop and turn away from our direction a Jet Ski was going to run me over. f barely swam out of the way in time only because I heard the yelling and saw them coming, getting my foot hit not terribly. They did strike my watercraft and leave minimal damage. STOP PUTTING INEXPERIENCED RIDERS OUT ON THE BAY!!!!!!!! ITS BUSINESSES LIKE YOU THAT RUIN THE QUALITY OF ENJOYMENT ON THE BAY
Made reservations for 2 hours on a Pontoon and online quoted 250. When we arrived they changed the price to 180/hr and claimed we didn't ask the price when we called. They also said the gas and life jackets are extra, even though they advertise online that it's all included. These guys are pros at \bait and switch\ and over charging their customers. Not to mention extremely rude and unprofessional, and would not honor their online advertised prices. We had four kids under 12 and they got so upset at the poor service we were getting. Read all of the other reviews...they do this often and this time claimed they have not updated their website due to Covid-19, yet reviews of three years ago claim the same ripoff scam. We luckily saw the over inflated charges before we took the boat out. Ruined our kids' two hour boat ride but probably for the best not to give these people our business. Go elsewhere!
Amazing customer service! Very friendly staff, they truly made the experience memorable! Our family had such a great time, It was our children’s first time jet skiing and kayaking and they loved it!
