Love what the company stands for but my experience has always been poor if I have an issue. The customer service is terrible and they don’t seem interested in helping at all. In my most recent experience, the two women I emailed just told me there was an error on their end and I wasn’t get part of my order. I understand if there was an error but at least communicate it with me before I wait weeks for items not coming! And then to be rude about it when I follow up was an insult to injury. Also be careful with the size chart. In my recent order, I ordered the leggings. The XL were not even close to fitting even though they should have fit just fine. I am so disappointed. I wish there was a way to just donate to the ocean relief part. Ordering isn’t worth it anymore.

Wishing my sister would have never recommend them to me. Still waiting on my towel to come. Messaged them they told me to wait 14 days. It’s been 16 I feel like if something is wrong with shipping that is there problem and should be taken care of! DO NOT buy from them. Took 3 messages before I heard anything.
DO NOT order anything from this company! They charge your card immediately, but don’t send the merchandise! Ordered over Two weeks ago, and still don’t have my towel. Have emailed them at least 5 times, only receiving a canned response. Tried calling, only getting a voicemail saying to email them! I spent a lot of money, only to not receive my merchandise.
I love Sand Cloud. In fact, I love their company so much I went ahead and became an ambassador for them, which is a great honor. The towels are great quality and their clothing is soft and doesn’t tear or wear in the wash. This is the number 1 company is my mind!
