I highly recommend SD Bytes for all of your computer repair needs. Their rates are extremely reasonable and the turnaround time was lightening fast. Shannon and Stanley were excellent to work with. Their knowledge and expertise with gaming computers was unsurpassed by other repair stores. I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received. I will never take our computers anywhere else!

After 3 days of trouble shooting my new rig, I decide to bring it into a computer repair shop. I had no idea what was going on. I looked at many computer repair shops from Fry's, Best Buy, and others but their fees were outrages and the turn around time was 4 days or more. I found SD Bytes Computer Repair on Google. I called and the owner answer; his name is Shannon. Shannon is extremely helpful and has amazing customer service skills. Shannon figured out my problem and fixed my computer within a day. I highly recommend SD Bytes to everyone who has tech problems. SD Bytes has become my go to computer repair shop. In the future if I can't figure out a problem with my tech I will only go to SD Bytes. Its hard to find someone you trust with your tech but I truly believe Shannon is a trustworthy type of person. Great service. Brought my gaming laptop in for screen repair and the first replacement they ordered was damaged in the mail through no fault of their own so it took some time. Computer is perfect again and I didn't have any extra problems when I took it home like I've had at other places that had more difficulty working on it. Highly recommend.
