Hector and his team at Selectronic are first class. I have been coming to them for years, and when something out of the norm comes up on my Computer I know there are the team to fix it. This last time I came in with an issue that was causing my PC to freeze up. They were able to work through the issue and able to provide solutions quickly.

Very unhelpful. You are much better off with youtube tutorials and a quick Ebay search. They neither had replacement part, nor sourced it, nor can even repair a simple motherboard socket or have any other boards instock to purchase from... I asked for a 4th gen Mobo they can sell me cause I see a cheap I7-k model CPU I can buy but need mobo...couldnt do it. Asked for 9th gen mobo for sale...couldn't do it. Asked for repair of my own motherboard socket that has a few bent pins... they couldnt do it. Idk what they do to be honest. Very indifferent and unhelpful staff. 0/5 if possible. Whole time they were trying to rush me off the phone.
Helpful staff and have some spares that you need but large retailers don't bother to have it...
This is the right place to bring you laptop o desktop to fix, hector is always there to take care anything you need , he is very responsive and responsible, I’m been coming to this place for years and never lets me down , I’m definitely recommending selectronic . For any computer needs..
