I had the most amazing experience living at the studios, the studio is cute, all the appliances are included. Alethea was a great manager, always so helpful. Socorro helped me during all these years with any maintenance that I need. Lived there for almost 2 years. Great experience, I strongly recommend!

Everything was great and the manager that was there Tamatha when our lease began was great as well but not until when we moved out and on our final statement they pinned a stain on the mattress on us that was already there when we moved in and they are charging us close to 1300 to replace it from our deposit and are blaming us for not having documentation of it when it’s not our job to do that I don’t and will not be recommending this studios to anyone. They basically scam you to get your money

Worst experience ever! Bed bugs!! No easy parking! Every night we stayed here we had to circle around for 20mins to find street parking. We booked a stay here on booking.com and it was the worst vacation ever. To begin with these are suppose to be apartments and not used as a hotel. We were unaware of that until we got here! Also on booking.com they promote \free parking\ when we showed up \Raj\ from booking.com says yea you can park anywhere on the street..but of course there's no available parking. And to top it off we leave our 2 night stay with over 10 bites each!! BED BUGS!!

ATTENTION DO NOT RENT FROM STUDIO 435, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND COME UP WITH A LAME EXCUSE. When my son and daughter-in-law moved in 6mths ago, there was a stain in the mattress. They recently moved out, my son called to ask about their deposit, this lady told them they were being charged 1,300 for the stain in the mattress! For the stain that was ALREADY there when they moved in, like WTH. That is absolutely not fair that my kids have to pay for something they didn't do. I'm so upset!! They are taking advantage of them specially because they are young. *I give them \0\ star.
