Suddenly both my email and internet connections were lost. After multiple calls to Cox and a visit from one of their technicians, it was established that my router was bad. I purchased a new router that same evening and was promised installation the next day. By 4pm the following day, there was no sight nor sound of the installer. I called Ryan, explained my situation. He said he could come to the house at 6:30pm! He called at 6:30pm, saying he was running a few minutes late. Two hours later the router was installed, my email, which had some obscure problem, was up and working. Ryan is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
