I have been living in a vacation rental since August, every time I call they immediately respond and fix the problem. Super polite, professional, and quick. I would recommend them if you want to vacation in mission beach.

San Diego Vacation Rentals has literally been a nightmare to deal with ever since I moved in. There have been cockroaches almost every day and they have refused to do repairs. There are plenty of other better vacation rental companies to rent from out here

Recently stayed at a rental off Yosemite Drive in Mission Beach. Great location with easy access to the bay. We had to drive to the beach because we had a bunch of young children (and lots of stuff) but it was quick. True beach house with a well stocked kitchen. My family and I cooked several meals together and enjoyed the lovely backyard.

Our host Eric was unprofessional, rude, unaccountable and dishonest. We will never do business with this company again. There are too many options for vacation rentals to get away with his behavior for long.

804 Monterey Court I recently had the privilege of staying in this lovely beach house, located conveniently near the bay, beach, and boardwalk. The home was immaculate, clean, comfy, and relaxing. We walked everywhere! From the Mission Beach roller coaster, to Pacific Beach for lunch, people watching, shopping, and of course, dessert :) Our evening was topped off with a yummy pizza delivery, salad, and a movie while listening to the ocean breeze. What could be better right?! It was the perfect place to spend the weekend. I can't wait to return and share the experience with family and friends.
