Sales person was wonderful and Andrew thoroughly explained all the information. The roofing guys were great. The panel installation folks were exceptionally professional and thorough. Communication with their superiors regarding battery placement was delayed by four hours and getting ridiculous. Up your communication game, managers.

I’ve been working with my sales rep, NICK HOWARD. He genuinely cares about his clients. He Promptly returns calls and text messages. Nick has thoroughly answered all of my questions. Has made the whole process of buying solar the easiest purchase I’ve ever made. I had considered installing solar for over 10 years but was hesitant to do so because I was concerned it might be a hassle. I only wish I had spoken with Nick 10 years ago, I would’ve saved a ton of money. Also, the lead supervisor for the installation, ANTHONY DWYER was outstanding. Like Nick, he was extremely well organized and competent. communicated with me regularly, and answered all my questions. His crew of eight, showed up at my house each morning on time. They were neat, clean, professional, cleaned up at the end of the day, and met every expectation. I could not recommend a better team.
I was very happy with the smooth and clean installation. The work crew was quick and efficient and the sales team was here to support them during the installation. We are due for a weeks worth of rain so I’m hoping any possible leaks, if any, will be exposed so they can be remedied quickly. Vivint has been an upfront company to work with. Very clear with what I should expect from my solar installation. I’m certainly looking forward to relief from my expensive SCE bills.
The service I received was great! The process of installation and the program workings were explained very well and in a way I could understand. Communication between the various teams could have been a bit better, especially concerning the moving of my electrical panel.
