Captain was great! I was on side of the 57 s frwy for hour and half with my 5 month old daughter waiting for police to help me off frwy, cars flying by, aaa obviously takes time.... if I opened my door I’m literally standing on right hand lane...... and I finally decided to call fire department they were there in 10 mins. Thank you!
