I barely am ever motivated to write reviews, but this place is great. I have now experienced every burbank gun store. This is by far the best, with the best employees. While other gun stores in the area are gouging ppl, they maintain fair prices and are friendly as hell. Gun stores can be intimidating and this one is ideal.

I was trying to set up an appointment online since they never pick up the phone or open the door for the customers during 3 weeks I send email three-time and got this same email back. Thank you for your inquiry! Due to a large amout of requests please allow 24-48 hours for a response during our normal business hours listed below. ALSO IN THE EMAIL \No appointment necessary \ so how do you supposed to go in . this is just normal rude behavior of gun stores. taken advantage of the situation to do whatever they feel like it and you dismal customer have to come back. if you got the same email from them just ignore it and go somewhere else. HOURS OF OPERATION SUNDAY-MONDAY CLOSED TUESDAY-FRIDAY 11AM-6PM SATURDAY 10AM-5PM No appointment necessary

The staff is mixed between nice ones and other rude ones. I got kicked out for wanting to look around to see their inventory. Went to a different shop and bought one there instead. Don't waste your time with the rude customer service here. There are better shops close by that have better inventory and better prices. There is also a wait time to go inside and you have to email there beforehand too.
