I arrived an hour early to the bus station but the bus had already been cancelled. They even didn't update the app or their website. Customers are nothing for them. Also the staff are the unfrendliest I've ever seen. We're just waiting for the next bus for 3 hours!

Took the overnight bus from SF to LA. The bus left on time and actually arrived 45 minutes early. Ticketing station is on the 2nd floor, and bus bays are on the 3rd. Bays/gate was announced 15 min before departure time. I rode in the newer buses; the seats were a bit firm, but it was clean and the outlets worked, didn't try to connect to the wifi. AC was blasting the entire time, so I would recommend dressing up in layers.
