Great and fast service to repair a consumable part on our old workhorse of a printer. They don't make them like they used to! Albert was helpful over the phone before coming out to check the machine and was finished with replacing the part in less than a half hour. I will call him again !

Excellent, fast, friendly, knowledgeable service! A real find just a few blocks from my home in the Inner Richmond area. Owner Albert Baranovsky is friendly, professional and inspires confidence, I took in my mysteriously misbehaving Canon printer. Within 90 minutes, Albert called to tell me it was repaired. I definitely will use this service again.

I was having an issue with my 10 year old printer so I called this company to see if they work on this type of printer. I spoke with Albert and he said that "yes" they can help me, but before bringing it in he had me troubleshoot a few things over the phone and after we were done, my printer was working again! Brought my Fellowes brand copier to be fixed by this kind gentleman named "Albert" I believe. I honestly didn't think it could be done as I had an IT friend look at it and pronounce it pretty much hopeless. Albert got it done in a timely fashion and frankly I was extatic at the price, since I would have had to probably buy a brand new one for my business. I will never go anywhere else again. Couldn't be happier.
