I personally found the three different guys I dealt with over a 24 hour period to be extremely helpful and friendly. Decent pricing for 24 hour luggage drop off - saved carting our massive case around SF!

Guy who claimed to be the owner was very rude (went a couple of months ago, not worth it in my opinion, a quick google search demonstrated a plethora of alternate options)
