Bad and aggressive customer service from the beginning. I was ready to test drive and buy one of my dream cars, the best I found in my research, but their aggressiveness and lack of understanding and friendliness scared me away. Online sales representative takes too long to respond or responds at an inconvenient late night time. Over the phone, the sales representative talks down to you explaining things that I had told him I understood. We tried to come to an agreement but the representative is very aggressive and does not listen.

I recently moved out of SF and into the suburbs, which has been quite an aDvEnTuRe without a car. After reading many forums and threads for weeks, I ended up calling BMW SF because they're known for being the friendliest BMW dealership in the Bay. Winston picked up the phone and had the calmest voice. You know how some other dealerships pick up and are kind of judgey and try to pre-qualify you off of one conversation? That is the worst feeling and, after talking to other dealerships (ahem Concord), it was like day and night to talk to Winston. I let him know that I'm very motivated to buy and he talked through every question I had on the phone (there were many questions in covid times!). He pushed for the offer price I wanted and even offered to do a complimentary delivery of the car to my front door. To sum it up, I had a phenomenal buying experience with BMW SF. There were a good amount of paperwork (it took about 20 minutes to complete) but Winston was wonderful help in explaining the importance of each form and signature and the next steps he was going to take with the DMV so I wouldn't have to worry about contacting them. The paperwork was done in person, and outdoors with masks on and I felt safe during the entire process. He did let me know that BMW SF was a few days away from moving to digital signatures, so anyone looking to buy now has it even easier. I have Amazon Prime and am used to 2-day deliveries and, I have to say, this car was delivered to me in about 2 hours once I was approved. If you're shopping for a quarantine toy, BMW SF is amazing compared to BMW Concord, MTV, Peter Pan, and Stevens Creek - and if you are lucky enough, hopefully, you can get Winston too!

Service was much slower than promised. Multiple times I was told that a particular service would be made available to me and then it was retracted. Also I was told I would automatically have a 2 day contract cancellation agreement, and then they insisted that I pay 250 for that exact guarantee when I actually went to buy the car. It also took several days and multiple reminders for them to email me the paperwork I signed while buying the car. Very disappointed overall.

BMW of San Francisco I am writing this review due to the customer service treatment at this business. When I arrived at the dealership, I was not welcomed by any of the associates at the parking lots. Nobody had greeted my buddy and me while inspecting a car I had interest which was Dodge Challenger TA 392 in Go Mango. I called Michele, the assistant to Eugene, and she did not answer the phone, and I called twice. I called Eugene’s number twice on the phone and didn’t answer. I was going to depart and he called me in. I presented the paperwork and my license to test drive the Dodge Challenger TA 392. Eugene told me I was denied of test driving because my insurance does not qualify. At this establishment, I was treated with socioeconomic bias since I did not appear to look like I had made enough money to purchase a used automobile. I also observed Eugene’s behavior that he was being watched by management from afar as if to order me off the premise because I appeared or look like a low class citizen. It appears that management of BMW of San Francisco will not cater to you or provide excellent customer to you if you don’t appear to have enough or made certain bracket of income. I am writing for the public to be inform that management of BMW will treat customers unfairly with racial and occupational bias towards at the moment you step in the lobby and will treat you indifferently if you’re not appearing to make a certain amount of income.
