Amazing. One of the better shawarmas in the city. It’s filling without feeling to full and bloated. Everything tastes fresh. They’re not lying about making everything one by one. Note: The hours are a bit strange here. Based on a yelp review, the own and the land lord have some beef.

My God! I am not a "sandwich" lover, but this was the best darn sandwich! Tunisian tuna with fantastic baguette (perfectly soft on the inside and crunchy on the out). The Moroccan mint tea was expertly steeped with just the right sweetness. Yum !

I took my friend here on a whim, never eaten here before but it was close to his hotel. I highly recommend the house tea which is served sweetened. I order the chicken special which was awesome. My daughter wanted the soup but I wasn't sure if she would like it, the owner offered her a sample cup on the house. It was almost a full order. She asked for seconds and he brought her an even larger bowl and didn't even charge for the first. After we finished our dinner, the owner gave us a free desert to try. Also very yummy and rich. It rare to have this type of mom and pop service in the City any more and for them to offer samplings just to see the enjoyment of their cuisine.

Awesome food! Some of the best Sharma I've had, and their dessert is to die for. But...the service takes awhile. Worth a visit if you have the time.

We stopped by here while visiting SF. This is not a review for the food as we didn't get a chance to try it. Rather this is a review for the lack of respect for the customer. We parked near by and walked to this restaurant. I tried to open the door but it was locked. While checking the other side of the corner to see if there is another door two men unlocked the door talking in their native language one trying to convince the other to allow us to enter. The other one didn't want us to enter for some reason. There was still 2 hours to their closing time. I am guessing it was because the restaurant was full and/or we had 2 small children. I don't know. While they are talking to each other I asked whether they are open. They kept ignoring me and continue their discussion. Soon the guy was convinced and signaled us to enter at which point I was pretty annoyed by the whole ordeal. I thanked them and we walked away. I would totally understand if they addressed me and told me that they are full.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always great, and at a very good price. Make sure to call before coming though, because their open hours are very unusual, and tend to be closed for several months at a time.

Delicious menu, friendly owner, and great prices. Definitely worth the stop in!

Everything we tried was amazing. Go during late afternoon when it's not crowded as the food can take a little bit but is worth the wait. I had the lamb kebab couscous and it was simply awesome. My girlfriend had a chicken shwarma, and the grilled wrap that it comes in makes its perfect. We also ordered some bread, pita, and hummus, which were all about average....but they also have a roasted red pepper spread/dip that you HAVE to try. The staff seemed pretty quiet and reserved, and we just started talking to the cook and telling him how much we enjoyed it all. He seemed appreciative and offered us mint tea and a pistachio dessert. Nice little place, very reasonably priced......and I was completely stuffed when I left. Even if you know nothing about moroccan cuisine - you'll be just fine. Just get the lamb or chicken kebabs with couscous and you'll be happy.
