I recently completed the Core Somatica Training with Celeste and Danielle. It was truly a life changing experience and I can bear witness to the changes in my confidence and ability to show up authentically in all my relationships. So grateful for their teaching and looking forward to learning much more in the future.

I worked with Danielle for 4 years and she was the warmest caring person that I had ever met and sought counseling from. I made more progress in my own personal growth than I have ever had in many years of traditional \talk\ therapy. Her and Celeste may not have a traditional approach but in my mind that is a good thing - more effective and beneficial to my whole being. The body, mind and spirit are all connected -- you need to be present in all of them to really heal. Danielle helps with that.
Celeste and Danielle are gifted sex and relationship coaches and amazing teachers. They practice coaching, not therapy, and this allows them to offer experiential, body-based modalities that make it very effective. Sex involves touch, however therapists are not allowed to offer that or they lose their license. Talking about sex in a therapy session is not enough in most cases. Celeste and Danielle apply the experience-based Somatica method (which they've developed) and this results in rapid breakthroughs that often happen after a few sessions instead of a few years. Both customer and coach stay with their cloths on, so there's nothing to be afraid of. I recommend singing up for an initial session to experience the power of their method.
My husband and I took the couples workshop that Celeste and Danielle offered in January 2019. It was a powerful experience since we got to work with different students in the training and implement the communication and connection tools that we saw Celeste and Danielle demo on stage. We also got to identify what turns each of us on. We have been married for 30 years and didn't know these things about each other. Celeste and Danielle offered a detailed process to help us understand each others turn ons and to be able to communicate it to each other. We were both blown away - who knew there was so much that one could learn - and enjoy learning - about how to relate and create intimacy with your partner. There seem to be so few places in life to ask questions about this topic - we don't do that well in our society - to find out more information, to find out what other people have already learned. But the workshop was the perfect environment. The content was engaging and helpful, we practiced together and with the teachers and coaches, and we were able to bring home some great ways of relating that have opened up an already great relationship into something even better. Danielle and Celeste were masterful in how they taught and coached and in sharing the wisdom they've learned over their years of helping others. I couldn't recommend the workshop any more heartily to others! Overall I had an amazing experience - it way exceeded our expectations!
My husband I and worked with Danielle for over a year. When we came in we were in a really challenging place and probably on the verge of divorce. Not only did she help us to begin to listen and understand each other better, she got right to the heart of the issue when it came to the differences in our desires. She helped us translate between the two completely different sexual languages we were speaking and managed to help each of us learn what the other really needed. Without her, I honestly don't think we'd have made it.
