Second gaming build from them. Staff are great. We worked both times with Mason. He was knowledgeable but not condescending to an amateur (me). Prices are good too, just compare to the net. We will keep coming back here!

Tried to buy a hard drive for my dv5000 and was told they sell it to me for 49.99, but would charge me 80 to download a free software so I could put it on my laptop because I don't have another computer to do it. I can't believe they would do something like that. This place needs shut down for price gouging honest people!
