In contrast to other similar suppliers, I found the sales people here to be unhelpful. Rather than educate/collaborate on creating a custom order they told me to do it myself and then send in a line drawing. The tone was negative and disinterested. For these reasons I am going with Forest Restaurant Supply.

This store is fun. Lots of very durable, high quality stuff. The only thing I dont like is their pricing strategy. They do not put prices on most items, glassware being an example. So the process for buying glasses is to take the one you like to the desk and ask for a price, at which point you are given a higher price than a volume buyer would get so you have to barter. However the selection of stuff is great.
