Had called the consulate to check if I can apply for Shengen visa on expired US Visa. The call center lady was helpful, calm and understanding. Patiently listened to me and the situation and guided me. Very good experience.

Very friendly staff! Great downtown location, easy access and plenty of parking. Our visit was pleasant, the lady was very helpful. I don’t see why UnionPostSF is recommended as photographer for passport photos on their website. They’re not professional photographers, charging you 24 for a set of passport photos that I believe do not even meet requirements (reflection on the face)
