Phenomenal customer service. I've been coming here for ages asking questions, then I finally bought a drone. The workers are experts in the field, and they're super easy to talk to. One of the things I like most, they give you options. And they're options are not always the most expensive. For example, I came in looking for a solution, maybe involving buying a new, brighter tablet. The associate showed me several Solutions, then suggested I start with the simplest, a 20 Hood to cover my smartphone. I will definitely be back here to buy parts and accessories. And when it comes time to buy a new drone, there's no question that this will be the spot.

One of the best retail experiences of my life. Ken expertly answered my questions and solved the problems I was having with my Phantom 4 Pro, that I had purchased elsewhere. After traveling from about 50 miles away into the inner City, all I can say is that it was well worth the time - it was a wonderful experience. DJI should feel proud to have such a confident, intelligent young man representing them.

I always visit this place if I have any issues with my drone (Mavic Air). One person in particular (Ken) is super helpful. I always ask for him or would wait for him to be in the store and I can visit again to clarify my questions. Good thing about him is that he owns a drone and he knows lot of stuffs in that regards, and he can understand questions that I am talking about. Its very hard to relate the problems with someone who does not own a drone. Ken owning a drone makes a big difference for me when I visit the store for any questions. One example in particular - I had hard time understanding how and when to use different ND filters even after googling. I visited Ken and he immediately jumped on to help me. He even researched to get more details and shared me the snapshots from different websites to help me understand better. The point is he went out of the way to help me. He could have even very well told me to just Google it but having someone help you find right and appropriate answers is something that is commendable. The energy this employee is commendable and it’s very hard to find amazing customer experience these days. Yes, googling helps but does not answer details that I was looking for. Not only Ken, I interacted with couple more employees across two stores DJI has in San Francisco and I have felt high sense of satisfaction. I would definitely recommend buying drone from DJI store in San Francisco and also visit them for any help (and maybe ask for Ken :) )

We were assisted by 2 young people Ken & Sissy. They were really helpful and very patient when we asked many, many questions about the Mavic Pro Platinum Drone. We were on holiday from England and had been interested in buying a Drone for sometime and as there were DJI shops in San Francisco, took the opportunity to visit. It was really good to finally see one in the flesh and have everything explained to us with no pressure to buy. We did purchase one and have finally flown it for the first time today, 5 weeks after buying it, excellent, no problems, especial thanks to Ken for demonstrating the set up and flying procedure.

All I asked for was how to Force firmware update on to the controller of a P4. The GO4 app will not download and update the controller to 1.8.0. The app makes reference to the GO4 home page to download it, but there are no links for firmware download at the site your app (GO4) refers us to. It's been more than a month that I have not been able to use my equipment due to your app not properly updating the equipment. I have searched the web and this is a more than common problem every time you issue an update thus letting us know your programming skills are lacking and your company likes to roll out updates like your trying, but you don't care for the end user, not the general public that might be under one of your products.
