Ecole Chocolat was a wonderful and very comprehensive program. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to start a career in the field of chocolate. I was so impressed with the level of technical information provided as well as the support I received throughout the program. In addition, I participated in a 5 day hands on program in Canada which was invaluable.
