Very friendly. Excellent selection! Ann is so nice and funny. She really cares about where the piano go. Also, it's fun chatting with her about pianos. Over all the experience is very low stress. Pianos can be a big investment and it's nice to have an easy way to look at and buy them.
I didn't buy a piano here but I got great recommendations from the sales associate. Really friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the info! If I wanted an acoustic piano or a less portable digital one I would trust Music Exchange with my purchase.
