Our experience buying a rug for our living room could not have been better. I used the SF Rug Gallery website to find a rug I was interested in. I emailed the gallery and within minutes had a reply and booked an appointment to view the rug (during COVID times). The owner was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind and when we arrived at the appointment the rug was lying out waiting for us. It is beautiful and a good price for the craftsmanship of the piece. We were able to get a custom rug pad for the rug for a good price as well. The owner was incredibly kind, generous and respectful. Buying this rug was efficient, informative and a fabulous experience all around. We will be back for more rugs in the future and could not recommend this business more!

We were looking for rugs for awhile until we went to sf rug gallery the staff were really knowledgeable especially the manager he was the guru in antique rugs any kind of rug from antique to modern to oriental they have huge inventory we looking for rugs for a while so we knew the market prices but the price they offered us was unbelievable lower than their competitors by thousands and we were very happy for our purchase I will be back for sure and recommend the to all my friends thank you for awesome service This industry needs honest business like sf rug gallery Thank you from bottom of my heart

t was a little strange that the showroom/office is up in a high-rise office building, but it all works and Linda has a lot of patience to work with clients until they find what they like. Measuring and installation appointments were on schedule, and the two rooms came out perfect.

Beautiful rugs. I have always fascinated by hand made rugs...just the thought of how much work goes into making these things. For now, out of my price range, but i will be back to purchase one eventually. Very nice and knowledgable staff.
