Speedy and efficient service. Able to book online and schedule appointment day of. Our technician was very friendly and helpful. Took time to explain the problem and all of the options for repair. Would recommend highly and would use SGS Appliance Repair again.
Technician was so smart, knowledgable, and fast. We had a repair man come out here before him and he wasn't able to fix our fridge or our washer. He was able to fix both. I will only go to him for any other appliance issues in the future because it was such a great experience and he was also such a very friendly guy on top of it!

He was very quick to respond and schedule an appointment to look at our dryer that was not heating. He diagnosed and repaired the dryer at a fair cost. He kind and great to work with. He will be our go to guy for future repairs!
We had issues with our LG washer where it was not draining properly. We have used SGS before, but this time I was out of town and my wife wanted me to approve the repairs. He texted me pictures as told me exactly was was wrong and what needed to be replaced.I approved the repairs and after replacing the drain pump everything was back to normal. Great service!
