One of the cheapest hotels in the city by far. Old, and the minimal of everything. But pretty clean and safe. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc because they don't supply anything like that. Infact, bring your own towel and toilet paper - the shared bathrooms did not have any for the whole time I was there two nights.

Well i guess one good thing is you are not on the streets...well...idk if it was better.. the picture i posted is of the tv that we had for the week we stayed there..i tried to get another one that worked... but when the manager came to look at it he just said "yeah..unfortunately sometimes people that book the rooms dont respect anything and destroy the rooms .." .and then he went away..and that was it...so i thought maybe we would get another one later that day or the next day... and we never did..also the first night there the shared bathroom on our floor was covered with hair..i guess someone cut their hair in there and forgot to clean it. .and there was always someone in the 2nd bathroom...so we had to use a bathroom on a different floor until the next day after the cleaning lady came in and cleaned it..and the morning we were leaving there(finally. ..) we go out to our car and our back window was broken :( (..the 2nd photo..) (* the travelodge & the park place hotel in south san Francisco are less than here..and you have your OWN bathroom at both of those hotels.
Ok for one night. Not so clean. The manager is very helpful and nice
Terrible experience and no didn’t even stay their. I rented a room through Agoda and as I arrived for a late check-in, around 8pm. I was not able to access into the building until a guest let men in as they were existing out. Climbed up the stairs to the office only for it to be closed. There was a note that said office is closed by 10pm. It was still very early. Multiple guests said the manager lived in room 101 but knocked multiple times myself and so did other tenants to notice them but nothing. I had to rebook somewhere else and caused me to spend more money. The Agoda rep couldn’t contact them either and still no news of a refund. Also, someone was trying to break into the building when I was arriving. Had a knife and everting and the door seemed to have been recently broken as it was boarded up .
Nice place no handicap entrance and no rooms with own showers all must share the common bathrooms...
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place catfished me so badly. The pictures are not at all what they are providing for your stay. They pretend to clean the rooms but upon close inspection you can see that they obviously don't. I paid 150 to stay for 3 nights, and when I arrived they charged me a refundable 75 deposit. I walked into the room and walked back out. Decided to find somewhere else to stay. I thankfully received the 75 back but when I reached out to them with my complains I was met with silence. Don't stay here. It's also on a super sketchy street and the entrance isn't open so you have to wait outside until they open for you.
Stay about a year ago great place last week I booked horable experience tv did not work bedding tor up cleanness was the worst ever seen shower did not work not recommend down a few more dollars go better part of the City.....
