I was looking for a virtual cooking experience to get a group of my favorite clients together and have some much needed fun! Ramen Party was at the top of my list and I'm so glad we booked an event with them. Manville was an excellent host, teaching us about the history and ingredients of making the noodles, as well as educating us with four sake samples (all delicious!). We had a mix up with the timing of the event and he and his team seamlessly made it work, getting all the ingredients delivered to us smoothly and the 1.5 hrs together was a blast! We'll be back in the future and hope we can come in person next time :)

Had a fun time with friends here. We took the shorter class so you only have time to do the noodles But, they explain a lot of about the other stuff for ramen. The host also used a torch to warm up the chashu! They do offer a longer class that sounds pretty intense. Be sure to read their website to know what is involved in the event you sign up for. We just wanted to make some noodles and have some fun with our friends.

You're not really making ramen. You're making noodles by rolling them through a standard pasta maker, everything else was premade. Guide showed a proper ramen knife and talked about how you're supposed to do it but when asked if we could try it he just said the knife hasn't been cleaned in months!?

We went here for a team outing. It was a wonderful experience! We all got to make our own ramen noodles from scratch. I didn't expect it to be so much fun and easy to learn to cook ramen! I would highly recommend taking a class here!

Great experience, mothers day gift. The noodle making was amazing. I choose the vegetarian option and the taste was awesome. The gyoza appetizer, ramen noodles with mochi ice-cream was a good ending to a great cooking experience.
