I actually liked this place way better than fremont hospital. I meet people here who were so cool and funny which made my stay enjoyable and i still keep in touch with them. The only thing i don’t like is how they don’t take eating disorders seriously which is kinda sad.

I was asked to be part of a group therapy course and was told repeatedly that my insurance would cover the costs, and that the total balance to me would be 0. I asked specifically about the cost several times because I was not interested in participating if it was going to cost money. Reassured each time they had checked my insurance and there would be no cost to me. Received a nearly 300 bill afterwards and, when I reached out, a \sorry you misunderstood.\ A lesson to me to confirm this information at each step myself before agreeing. The therapy course was just okay and the psychiatrist was generally helpful for other matters. Consistently had scheduling, prescription, and billing issues with other medications coordinated by the hospital.

the food is good and there are a lot of snacks. Sometimes you get to play basketball or do art. We talk about music or play cards. Watch Maury.

Scarred me for life, my therapist said I had signs of suicide even though I would never ever take my life. They sent me here for a week and that was a bad week. Don’t send your kid to therapy, they will spy on you and any small word from your mouth they will immediately send you to a mental hospital. Talk to your kids and be open, honest, and listening to them.

A loved one received superior care as an inpatient here. Although the case was severe and atypical, accurate diagnosis was made and appropriate intervention provided. We found the care team to be both caring and expertly skilled. Thank you for everything!
