I've loved ordering from Udon Mugizo during quarantine. Their udon is high quality and filling. The delivery orders are packed perfectly, separating the broth from the noodles so they don't get too soft. The tempura is also excellent!

Pretty good taste but a bit pricey

I had the deluxe udon and my daughter had the children's udon. Omg. They have no miso, no garlic edemame (just plain) because they are experts in Udon. Service was superb. Food taste was as good as I had in Japan. The creamy udon was spectacular, and the can give you the fish powder on the side. Most locals know to eat well before or after peak because the place gets packed. Like most places, no validation for parking (Bookstore does). I urge you to try this gem of Japantown out.

Long line, I waited to be seated around 20 mins, two waitresses even were not paying attention to people in front of door!!!!

First thing when you arrive, get your name on the waiting list using the yelp kiosk inside. My friend got there ahead of me and waited about 25 minutes for a table. She was telling me her favorites it's the creamy selection of udon. I went with the soup. They're both really good, the creamy one is really heavy.

When I first came to this place I didn't know which udon was good so my friend recommended me the Beef Sukiyaki. I fell in love with that order ever since. It has variety of item inside of it; like enoki mushroom, udon, egg, beef, lettuce and etc. The soup is what makes it so good!
