My friends and I were craving some socially distanced brunch before hitting Golden Gate and stumbled upon this gem. I loved everything about Velo. Prices? Affordable for SF. Portion sizes? Generous. Service? Speedy. Overall taste? Bomb. My partner and I ordered the french toast and smoked salmon benedict, which came with hearty roasted potatoes and fresh fruit (a nice touch - the orange and apple slices helped clear our palates at the end of the meal). Both dishes really hit the spot. I also liked how quiet and peaceful the surrounding neighborhood was - my friends and I were able to have an uninterrupted heart-to-heart conversation.

The breakfast burrito is amazing! It lasted 2 meals (though I could have made it 3 easily) and the service was great. Nice spot to stop at before going on a walk through the park.
Great breakfast burritos. Very big tho! And so a bit pricey. I wish it was a bit smaller and reasonably priced.
This cafe and food shop has a really cozy atmosphere. I really enjoyed their sandwiches and the staff was super kind. The outdoor seating and window view is also convenient. It’s the kind of place to have a 1:1 with a friend after a nice walk in the park.
Ordered the Mt Ventoux breakfast sandwich and the Mcallister scramble, both delicious and HUGE portion!
