Mandy was particularly rude. She attempted to charge me twice for a free item on my birthday. She tried to have someone else cut in front of me during my turn. Luckily, her co-worker helped me out instead and informed her of how the transaction needed to be charged. I did not get her name, but I am thankful to her

Wetzel’s Pretzels are yummy, but taste is a little bit strong. Also, the staff members are unfriendly and very slow. Even the pretzels are good, I don’t think I buy their pretzels in the future. I hope they will change.

the manager made a rude comment about my weight after I asked if they had any almond pretzels he said that I should buy 10 because he thought I was too skinny then he looks at my brother and says "what about you? you need 15 you're even skinnier than he is" we were not even there for more than a minute and was treated this way by who looked to be a manger of some sort. this disgusting behavior made us lose our appetite and we left

I was standing in front of the ordering counter for over a minute while the two attendance were chatting to each other in Spanish without even looking in my direction. Then they got my order wrong and gave me a cherry granita instead of the watermelon granita that I asked for!
