I bought a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo very good customer service but they couldn’t find the face to my radio the lady that helped me til that they would mail it to me but she never did also when I went in the car had different wheels then what it had in the pictures

Being a first-time car buyer, I was more than nervous to purchase a car. You always hear about people trying to take your money and not help you out but that was not the case here at all. From start to finish, Marcos was the greatest communicator of all time. There were no strings attached and no hidden fees popping out of nowhere. The time and the care given for my first experience was so over-the-top I could not be more pleased. If you are looking for a new car, call and speak with Marcos. He was hands down the biggest help and explained everything so thoroughly that I left with no questions. Any questions that I did have I was able to call and get answers to with no problem at all. Basically they wasted my time, they made it sound like they for sure were going to be able to make me a deal. Instead they tell me , Oh. well we can only give you this much for your car 980.00 and you still owe this much 3200. (Kelly Blue Book states 1232.00) I can't add the difference to your new loan, because the banks we use don't use that system. You would have to go through a big name bank. So we can't help you or make a deal. You would have to sell your car privately and come up with 4000-5000. Then pay off your cars balance and put the remainder down on the new car. I can understand this, but every thing here you could have told me over the phone. First off I already gave my car info to them they could have to me the correct value of my car over the phone, because I wasn't lying about the condition of the car. Second give it straight to the buyer based off what he tells you, I have explained my conditions prior. Don't make he/or she feel like he will absolutely get a deal if hes not. Overall wasting his time.

Wonderful experience today. Walked in and drove out with a beautiful Toyota Camry hybrid with low miles. Marcos and his wife were such a pleasure to work with and they worked with my horrible credit. Out of all my experiences with dealerships this was honestly the best. Thank you 951 auto sales.
Our experience with 951 was pleasantly surprising. I really tried to find a bad review or some type of warning about bad business report. NOPE! couldn't find one! They are really good people.
