He will go out of his way to make sure you have exactly what you need and it's very polite and courteous. great selection of stuff and if they don't have anything, they can get it for you. Very impressed! This is not an antiseptically clean, cooking-show type place. Instead it's a somewhat messy, \comfortable\ place owned by a guy with a ton of stories and knowledge. I'm just starting in this hobby, not even sure how far I'll go, but all I wanted was some EC-1118 yeast and an airlock, and it was no problem, got my parts, no lectures, no \attitude\, just friendliness. A good landmark to find this place is, they're behind the local HILTI retail shop so find HILTI, go behind to the back row of R&D spaces, and there they are.
