This past summer, around July, 2020, I made the huge mistake of ordering glasses from Lucy Yen. When they came they were the wrong model and did not fit. So I got my money back in October, which was a long arduous process with the credit card company. The credit card company, after ruling in my favor, allowed Dr. Yen 3 months to appeal the decision, but she didn't. Now today on March 16th, 2021, Lucy Yen has sent me multiple threatening and insulting emails and texts, one of which has an "invoice" for the glasses and stated that it has gone to "collections". Very distressing. Hopefully the police can resolve this tomorrow. A few minutes ago I tried to file a report online, but found that it has to be done over the phone between noon and 4pm Monday through Friday.

It has been a few years since I have had my eyes examined. Went to see Dr. Yen today for the 1st time. Absolutely fantastic exam and very informative throughout the whole process. I did not think my prescription had changed that much but, wow, what a difference. I will be bringing my daughters in next to make sure everyone is good to go! Dr. Yen is great and is truly understands the value of customer service! Thank You!
This office is so great. Everyone who greets you has a smile on their face and is always happy to help. Dr. Yen is my favorite person and such an amazing doctor! The glasses selection is really great, I can always find something in the styles I like, at a price I can afford. Thank you, Eye Luv Lucy Optometry for always rocking it and being awesome!!
Went here for the first time on Monday and was beyond impressed with all of the staff they were all very nice and patient with all of their clients, I was called back to see the Doctor before I had even completed the new patient paperwork. They were very thorough with the appointment and very helpful when picking out frames. Dr. Yen is amazing and is very informative to his patients which I appreciate. Will definitely be coming here for all my vision needs in the future. :)
This Optometry optical shop is a real gem. They carry real quality and locally made products unlike some national chains that have basically the same stuff that are not unique or quality enough. I support local business that strives hard to provide quality products and services. The staff and doctor are also very friendly and they always go above and beyond to address concerns. Definitely recommend for best eye care found in the area!
I love Dr. Yen ! I mean, he takes his time to explain certain conditions that might affect you and lets you know how to avoid complications! As a young diabetic this type of information is vital. He was caring, patient, thorough and just so nice and welcoming! It was such a pleasant visit. I recommend him to everyone I know!
I came here for a check up and glasses and I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Yen . he does an amazing job and is very thorough with her examination. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Cindy. he got me the best deal and was very sweet. he explained everything in detail. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks.
Very thorough exam. I found the doctor and her staff to be exceptionally professional, willing to listen, and very flexible. The dilating agent used before the exam didn't sting, nor did the dye for the glaucoma test. I was impressed by the frame selection for glasses, as well as choices of obtaining contact lenses. Overall, I was both impressed and happy with Dr. Yen's service and her employees.
