In 3 words: Above and Beyond. Right from looking at homes, to closing and helping with personal pointers- Laurance would hear you with patience. We are so thankful to have found and met Laurence! When we set out to buy our first home this January, we had no idea we would be doing so in the midst of a pandemic. Although we had strict criteria to find a house in a specific area, we quickly learned we would have to expand our search to get more for our dollar. Throughout this process, Laurence was patient and guided us. He listened to what we wanted, what we needed, what we would compromise on then went above and beyond our expectations. There were times he would return calls in the evening or on weekends, answer what we know were the same questions (over and over) and offered valuable advice. He also reassured us as we moved into escrow at the same time the Bay Area was ordered to “shelter in place”, which was unsettling from so many perspectives and helped us select the perfect home just for us.
