Justin the service manager was excellent. He came out to our house and oriented us to all the spa mechanics and how to use the chemicals properly to keep our spa sparking clean. My only regret is that I did not get him out here sooner! Don't forget to ask for your 1x free consult. Thank you for your excellence!

This is my first review ever, but I felt compelled to write one because this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I placed my order for my spa my sales man said I would receive a call the following day to confirm my order was placed. When I didn't receive a call I called them back and left a message. I didn't hear back for two days, so I called again and left a message. It took longer than a week for them to call me back. I didn't worry because at least the spa was ordered and they said 4-6 weeks. It took 6 months and numerous calls with no call backs before it was finally delivered. When they finally delivered it, they were an hour later than the 30 min warning call, then they ripped down my lights in my yard trying to get it in the gate. They didn't fix them and left them laying on the ground. After I filled up the tub and it didn't work I called and left a message. Surprise surprise it took two days to return my call. They put me on the schedule for two days out. Then the day of the alleged appointment they said they could not make it for another week. Currently waiting still waiting for my spa to work.
