I don't like to leave negative reviews, it goes against my nature, but I find I have to say something here. It's taken me almost a year to decide to do this. We ordered new glass cube tops for our existing showcases, a number of new cases with glass tops, a sit down display case and a number of small cabinets with drawers and shelves. We understood that the cases were being manufactured in southern california. We were excited to get our new store up and running. Unfortunately there was delay after delay, in part because they were actually made in Mexico. We paid for expedited shipping that was not expedited. We even had to pay a local company to deliver the cases the night before our grand opening so that we could have them in time. When we opened them up, 21 of the 35 class tops had cracks in the door glass that we had to pay to replace. The bases of the replacement cubes were 1 inch thicker than they were supposed to be, so the new cases don't match the old ones. The Cabinets that they made were well made and nice and solid, but they were also three inches shorter than they were supposed to be so they don't line up with the existing cabinets. Today the lock on the sit down case broke so we got a locksmith in to see what the problem was and he said that the inner workings were all worn and should be replaced. He checked a number of the locks on the cubes and they too were all worn, so it seems that we also were supplied with used locks. So, lets just say, even though they were ice guys\, they certainly didn't live up to their promises and I would not use them again.
