I visited this places more than once this year.They all very helpful. Specially, Khang and Trini helped me a lot. They fixed my problems. If you go after 3 pm, wait time is always less than 45 min.

This is discriminatory towards whites. Average wait times for white people can range up to 4 hours even with repeated requests to see an agent. While non-white people had an average wait time of about 30-45 minutes after reviving their number. I also had to get an English speaking translator because the people at the front didn’t speak English in an English speaking country.
