I scheduled and completed a test drive here and I loved my experience. I was able to check out the cars inside before taking a test drive. The employees were super helpful, answering questions and even getting me a second test drive in another model for comparison. I really loved that I was able to drive on my own for 30 minutes to get a feel for the cars. This is how all car companies should be.

Unpleasant experience.. my wife and I went to this showroom and was greeted and welcome. The agent was happy to welcome us and greeted us with a smile and asked as if we needed help. We told her we had an appointment for a test drive and them she checked laptop if we did have an appointment and after verifying that we did she asked if we are planning to buy a tesla and I replied and told her that we already ordered online last week and the the unpleasant gesture of the aganet began.. the smile disapeared and told us to check my email so that we can sign a waiver and upload our lic. For the test drive. After waiting for her to setup the car we are supposed to test drive she sounds and looks like in a hurry and told us we can test drive the car now and just bring back the car once we are done and there is 30 line limit. After we finished the test drive and we went back to the office a male person asked me if we needed help. I replied and told him that we are done with the test drive and I have some questions. The male agent told me to wait and he will get the female agent that was attending us. Then over heard the female told the male agent to just take care of us because she have a possible buyer and that she wouldn't help us no more because we already placed an order. The male agent went towards us thinking we didn't heard their conversation. Same as the female the male agent was trying to rush us and move to another possible buyer even though my wife and I still have some questions... So I guess just because we already ordered ours they are not obligated to help us if we have question..

As with all Tesla Showrooms, this location is big, bright and has all the models to sit and take selfies of yourself and your friends inside the Tesla model of your choice. The friendly salespeople here are willing to answer all your questions related to the cars and the Tesla battery panel. They encourage you to sit in any of the cars and take as many pictures as you want. If you don’t own a Tesla yourself, it’s a great place to bring your out-of-town guests and family since it doesn’t cost anything to “just look” and dream.

What an amazing car dealer. Products all out to climb over. Friendly staff were not pushy at all. Changed my view on this great brand. Being an Engineer it was such a treat to play with the cars and to see such technical information too. Great location in Santana Row too. And open late for browsing too. Recommend popping in to have a look. Very interesting.

My favorite model was not available to test drive and they didn't give a lot of good instructions for someone who never drove a Tesla before. The car would not restart after a brief stop and I could not reach anyone at the store . The staff could use better customer service training.

5 stars for customer service from Jim N. Our charging port broke on our way back from LA and we were stuck at the Los Robles supercharger unable to charge the car. Tesla emergency roadside service was tragically abysmal. An hour later, I called the store in desperation. Jim was super helpful and offered to help. He provided his email so we could send pictures of the broken port. He even reminded us to get washer fluid. Wish they'd get some more Jims to help with roadside assistance!

Any business that shows the lack of concern and respect for its customers demonstrated here deserves a zero star rating. By choosing to hang up on callers who don't want to wade through menus but press zero this Tesla location has shown whose preferences are important to them. Imagine making that choice - hanging up on customers.
