The owner treated me with respect and was super nice on the phone and then again when I went into his store. He was very knowledgeable with sewing machines and Vacuum Cleaners. I'm so glad I found him. I will not go anywhere else.

Back in November 2019 I needed a power switch for my Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner. After looking on Sears parts website I found the expected ship date was January of 2020. So I contacted Derek and he said he could order the part and have it in a week to 10 days. So i did so. He got the part and I picked it up from his store. After I installed it I found the new switch was defective. I called Derek and he agreed, without a problem, to reorder it and replace it free of charge. After he contacted his vendor he found out the manufacturer of the switch had produced a whole batch of them that were defective. He told me the expected ship date would be January of 2020. So rather than buying a new vacuum over a 17 part, I agreed to wait. We had a smaller stick vacuum we could use in the mean time. January came and went and still no switch. We are now in to February and still no switch. Derek contacted me to send pics of the original switch from the vac and he would contact another vendor for availability. He found the switch for me and ordered it. I picked it up today and installed it in the vacuum. We have a working vac again! I thank Derek for his persistence and diligence in locating a switch for me. He could have simply said too bad I can't get you one but he didn't. Kept us from throwing away a good vac over a small part and buying a new vac.

Wonderful service, I vacuum for work all the time and when things go wrong with my vacuums, he always fixes em up real nice. :) He also occasionally has his daughters with them on Saturdays and they’re all very lovely and kind.

This is a little hole in the wall store, but this guy LOVES vacuums! He fixed my Shark and my Dyson and did a great job! So, he was the ONLY choice for me when I needed my Dyson repaired. Don't let appearances fool you, this guy is great!
